Setback

Yesterday was a difficult day. Dad's liver enzymes were quite elevated, and he became jaundiced. Because they feel the chemo has affected his liver, they have stopped it for now. He also had to have his port exchanged because of bacteria growing on it. And because his condition is a little more critical at this time, they moved him to a different floor for closer monitoring. He is very weak.

We know you feel our prayers and just want you to know that we think about you everyday. Our prayer is that God gives you the strength to live through this and the will to endure the pain. Love, Tim and Janet

  4. Don't you be discouraged Ms.Gregg, this is just a setup for God to be glorified.I speak to Mr.
Gregg's spirit man right now and I command his liver to line up and function in the manner in which God created it to function,in Jesus name.I take authority over every negative word spoken against his(Tom's) healing and i curse it in the name of Jesus Christ. He shall live and be made whole.God's word shall never return unto Him void.

  6. Hi Tom & Kris
Setbacks can be discouraging, but I pray you keep in mind the opportunity to see God's miracles in your relationship together and shared with your children and grandchildren. Tom helped create a noble family with you Krissy and the character of the Gregg clan is reflective of his perseverance through out his life. Keep up the fighting spirit - we're praying for your strength to face the road ahead. You have a lot of friends who are next to you in prayer and spirit as you travel along.

  9. Hi Tom & Kris,
Hope you are sensing the Lord's Presence today. I just wanted to say I hope you are able to read the psalms some as I know there is comfort to be found there. In particular, I was encouraged by Ps 56:9 --- "...This I know, that God is for me." He is with you both in this difficult battle. Love & prayers, Leslie

  10. I pray that Tom connects with his Great God; that he knows God's love for him and his family. Everything that we experience is real, and fits into God's plans.

I remember all that I have learned from Tom: that "kidding is an act of love, that music is food for our souls, that baking is divine, that Shannon-Dog is invincible! Life is very good.
    Yes!
